This is a recreation of the sauce used the Ravioli Milanese dish from Fasta Pasta. It deviates pretty strongly from a traditional bolognese so don't serve it to any Italians. This recipe uses lean beef mince, because of the fat in the cream and cheese. The dish from Fasta Pasta also uses very little sauce since the pasta itself contains beef/veal so in terms of service size, this makes about 8 servings.
