 +  - Crush or mince Garlic

 +  - Cook Onions for 10 minutes or until softened and translucent on medium-low heat.
 +  - Remove cooked onions and set aside for later.
 +  - Increase heat to high and add beef.
 +  - Return onion to pan and add garlic cooking until fragrant.
 +  - Add passata and reduce heat to medium.
 +  - Reduce until thickened.
 +  - Add cream, milk and mozzarella and stir until the cheese has melted into sauce.
